I Spy Junior Puppet Playhouse is the fifth game released in the I Spy PC Games line. The game is aimed at very young children, including its direct prequel, I Spy Junior.

Puppet Shows:[]
- The Bouncing Ball: Follow a boy as he tries to get his red ball back that keeps bouncing away.
- The Princess and the Dragon: Follow a princess as she tries to get her crown back from a dragon.
- The Little Lost Whale: Follow a baby whale that gets separated from his mother.
- The Changing Tree: Follow a tree as it experiences the four seasons.
Mini-Games[]
- Prop Box: The player must move items into boxes so that each box has items that are related. It includes three levels.
- Puppet Maker: The player is shown a partially made puppet and some items. The puppet will tell you what items it would like, the order, and where to put them. There are six puppets the player can make.
- Make Your Own I Spy: The player is given a stage and they can place various items to make an I Spy picture. They can be saved, loaded, and printed.
