I Spy is the first video game released in the I Spy PC Games line. It is also the first I Spy video game to be released. While the game was originally released just titled 'I Spy', the locations in the game clearly reference I Spy School Days.
The game was later re-released as I Spy School Days, with the addition of the Craft Projects area and minor changes.
